Rotary Jig for 20 oz RTIC Tumbler (Tumbler not included)

This Jig is made to go on a Rotary to hold 20 Oz RTIC Tumblers.  Color of parts will vary.

There are 4 parts included with this Jig.
2 3D Printed PLA parts that slot together.  
1 10mm Carbon Fiber Tube for 3D printed parts to slide over.
1 3D Printed Retaining Ring printed with Flexible TPU

The 1/2" copper pipe has an OD of 16mm.  Make sure your rotary will allow the Copper Pipe to fit.

Instructions:

• Insert Jig into Rotary.
• Tighten rotary around Carbon Fiber Tube.  Be careful not to overtighten.
• Place tumbler onto jig.  Make sure tumbler is firmly on jig without pressing the tumbler too hard onto the jig.
• Check to make sure jig is straight in rotary.
• Engrave your tumbler per your software instructions.

This has not been tested on any other size cups or tumblers.

The STL files for this jig may be distributed at a later date.
